At LuminaTech, showing appreciation for our incredible school bus drivers is a big deal. This year, the 'Thank Our Drivers' committee – a passionate group of employees from across departments – wanted to do something truly special for National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day.

The challenge? Coordinating a surprise breakfast delivery to over 20 different bus routes, scattered across the city, while managing a tight budget. Initially, it seemed overwhelming. But with a little innovation, they used LuminaTech’s internal project management platform – "Connect" – to organize efforts. A fun "Thank You" email campaign, designed in “Compose,” was sent to all drivers, highlighting their dedication and hard work. “Compose” allowed for personalized messages to each driver, making the gesture even more meaningful. A few photos were taken at each bus route and shared in the company's internal social media platform, “Share,” showcasing the joy and appreciation.
